Nuke The Whales
Nuke the Whales was a rock & roll band formed in Huntsville, Alabama in the fall of 1980. Members Walter Berry, Phil Proctor, Philip Franklin, John Harris, and Tommy Shepard chronicle their misadventures through the world of fantasy, make believe, super-stardom and institutionalized rehabilitaion over the past twenty-five years. The Whales reunited for one SRO show at the place where it all started, The Kaffeeklatsch, on December 23, 2005.

Hey, Phil. Do you remember a guy named John Miscik?
This is a wild attempt to locate Walter Berry Jr. It's been ten years since you posted, but apparently
you still have this blog. Waddy was a dear dear friend in my youth, but we lost touch so many years ago.
I would love to contact him, since I found letters he wrote me way back when. Please help if you can.

Waddy died last Friday, 5/31/2019. He was back living in Birmingham. Memorial is this evening at Leaf and Petal, where he worked and found his proverbial green thumb. 5:30
